3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the retaining bolts to the mount bracket (1).

Tighten the retaining bolts to 63 Nm (46 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the transmission mount lower bolts and nut onto the mount.
Tighten the mount bolts and nut to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the transmission mount upper nuts (1) onto the mount.

Tighten the mount nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
6. Remove the transaxle support stand.
7. Install the power steering return hose onto the rack and pinion.
8. Install the power steering pressure hose onto the rack and pinion.
9. Install the power steering gear heat shield.
10. Lower the vehicle.
