Condition
Some customers may comment on a pop type noise coming from the rear speakers. This noise occurs when the Rear Seat Audio (RSA) is turned on or
off.
Cause
The cause of this condition may be internal within the speaker amplifier.
Correction
Replace the radio speaker amplifier with P/N 15135032. Refer to the Amplifier Replacement procedure in the Entertainment sub-section of the Service
Manual.
