Subject: 10193 - Headliner Odor

THIS PROGRAM IS IN EFFECT UNTIL JULY 31, 2011.
Condition
Under certain conditions, the vehicle headliner on some 2011 model year Buick Regal vehicles may produce an odor.
Correction
Dealers are to inspect the headliner and, if necessary, replace it.

Parts Information
Parts required to complete this program are to be obtained from General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales (GMCC&A). Please refer to your
"involved vehicles listing" before ordering parts. The Headliner panels can only be ordered on a CSO = Customer Special Order. Please note that due to
the extreme size,the fastest shipping method is FedEx 2-day service. Please plan service appointments accordingly. Qty limit = 1 per order line.
The clips can be ordered CSO = Customer Special Order, or CSO-3 Customer Special Order-Advise Code 3, FedEx Overnight service.
