Wheel Stud Replacement
Special Tools
CH-43661 - Ball Joint Remover

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Service and Repair).
3. Remove and support the brake caliper and bracket as an assembly, and remove the brake rotor. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (See:
Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Brake Rotor/Disc/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Brake Rotor Replacement
).
4. Remove the bearing hub, refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (GNA) (See: Wheel Hub/Service and Repair/Front Suspension).
5. Use CH-43661 - remover to release the wheel stud from the bearing hub and discard the stud.
