Remove the close out panels (hush panels).

Pull back the carpet and remove the adapter duct (2 screws).
4.
Remove the heater outlet duct (3 screws).
5.
Remove the A/C module lower cover (7 screws).
6.
Fill the front groove of the module, in the area indicated in Figure 1, with the specified sealant from the indicated area out to the screw attachment
on each side of the area.
7.
Reinstall the bottom module cover.
8.
Reinstall the front heater outlet duct.
9.
Reinstall the adapter duct and the carpet.
10.
Reinstall the close out panels (hush panels).
11.
Raise the vehicle and reinstall the A/C module drain tube. (See Section 0A)
