To: ALL GENERAL MOTORS DEALERS
General Motors of Canada Limited has determined that certain 1995 Buick Regal Coupe model vehicles fail to conform to Canadian Motor Vehicle
Safety Standards (CMVSS) 108, "Lighting Equipment". These vehicles were assembled with incorrect front Park/Turn Signal bulbs which do not have
sufficient candle power. During illumination, the bulb intensity may not be sufficient to be observed under all conditions.
To correct this condition, and in order to comply with CMVSS 108, dealers will replace the incorrect bulbs with the correct bulbs.
