Hydraulic Assembly: Service and Repair
TCS Modulator Assembly (vehicles with TCS only)
TCS Modulator Removal
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. 4-way TCS motor pack electrical connector.
2. Four brake pipes (two from ABS hydraulic modulator, two to front wheel brakes.)

Place shop cloth on top of TCS motor pack to catch any dripping fluid. Take care not to allow any brake fluid to enter the bottom of the motor
pack or the electrical connectors. Plug open brake pipes to prevent fluid loss and contamination.
3. Bolt attaching front of TCS hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly to mounting bracket.
4. TCS hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly from vehicle.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. TCS hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly in vehicle.
2. Bolt attaching TCS hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly to mounting bracket.

Tighten bolts to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
3. Four brake pipes to TCS hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly.
4. 4-way TCS modulator pack electrical connector.
Important: Bleed as outlined in BLEEDING BRAKES.
