Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Right side upper diagonal brace.
2. Air cleaner and duct assembly. See Powertrain Management.
3. Overflow hose from radiator.
4. Front upper retainer from coolant reservoir and front fender upper rail.
5. Coolant reservoir retainer clips and reservoir. Clean coolant reservoir with soap and water and rinse with clean water.
INSTALLATION
1. Coolant reservoir with retainer clips.
2. Front upper retainer to coolant reservoir and front fender upper rail.
3. Lubricate reservoir hose with clean water and route it up to radiator overflow fitting.
4. Clamp to reservoir hose.
5. Reservoir hose and clamp to radiator overflow fitting until end butts against radiator filler neck and clamp is seated, tabs down, squarely between
radiator filler neck and flared end of fitting with exposed hose on both sides.
