Regal V6-3.8L VIN K (1997)
2. Install the lower intake manifold.
3. Apply GM P/N 12345382 threadlocker or equivalent on the bolt threads.
Tightening Sequence
4. Install the lower intake manifold bolts including the two hidden bolts. Torque the bolts in sequence to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
6. Install the EGR valve outlet pipe. See Powertrain Management.
7. Install the drive belt tensioner.
8. Install the generator. See Starting and Charging.
9. Install the upper radiator hose. See Cooling System.
10. Fill the cooling system. See Cooling System.
11. Install the upper intake manifold.
