Condition

Some owners may comment on a pop/groan/moan type noise audible in the vehicle's passenger compartment. This noise is most apparent during low
speed operation over an irregular road surface and during brake applications.

Cause

Condition may be due to rear stabilizer shaft links assembled with ball type joints that exhibit a high rotating and oscillating torque.

Correction

Replace both rear stabilizer shaft links with new parts, P/N 10413928, following procedures in Section 3, Rear Suspension, of the applicable Service
Manual.
