6. Refill cooling system.

Outlet

Heater Hoses

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
3. Left side torque strut mount. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Engine Mount/Service and

Repair

4. Upper radiator hose from housing.
5. Transmission modulator vacuum pipe.
6. Outlet hoses from outlet pipe.
7. Outlet pipe mounting bolts.
8. Outlet pipe.

Install or Connect

1. Outlet pipe.
2. Outlet pipe mounting bolts/nut.

Tighten
^

Bolt to front cover 12 N.m (106 lb. in.).

Bolt to cylinder head 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

Nut to 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

3. Outlet hoses to outlet pipe.
4. Transmission modulator vacuum pipe.
5. Upper radiator hose to housing.
