Frozen steering shaft bearings.

Lower coupling flange rubbing against adjuster.

Tires not inflated properly.

Incorrect caster and toe-in.

Tight steering linkage.

Steering gear or column misalignment.

Tight suspension ball joints.

Steering adjustment tight.
