Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler cap.
3. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to  Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement (Rendezvous) .
4. Remove the screws from the fuel filler door.
5. Remove the fuel filler door from the vehicle.

6. Remove the fuel filler cap from the fuel filler door.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the fuel filler cap to the fuel filler door.
