Removal Procedure
1. Open the endgate.
2. Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Endgate (See: Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Trim
Panel Replacement - Endgate) .
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the liftgate latches.
4. Remove the bolts from the liftgate latches.
5. Remove the liftgate latches from the endgate.
Installation Procedure
Important: Make sure the child safety lock feature is not engaged before installing the liftgate latches.
