Engine Mount Replacement - Right
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable.
2. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
3. Remove the engine mount struts.
4. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
5. Remove the 3-way catalytic converter (TWC) pipe from the engine right side exhaust manifold.
6. Remove the right front wheel and tire.
7. Remove the right engine splash shield.
8. Remove the engine mount lower nuts.
Notice: In order to avoid oil pan damage and possible engine failure, insert a block of wood that spans the width of the oil pan bottom between
the oil pan and the jack support.
9. Use a utility stand and a block of wood in order to raise the engine.
10. For FWD, remove the engine mount bracket-to-oil pan bolts.
11. For AWD, remove the engine mount bracket-to-oil pan bolts (1).
12. For AWD, remove the engine mount bracket-to-engine bolts (2).
13. Remove the engine mount and the engine mount bracket.
