Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (Disc Brake)
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
3. Inspect the ball joint. Refer to Ball Joint Inspection.
4. Disconnect the sensor lead.
5. If equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) remove the wheel drive shaft nut. Refer to Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement.
6. Remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly knuckle bolts (1).
