Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the generator into the proper position.
4. Install the generator bolts.
Tighten the generator bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the right engine mount strut and radiator support bracket to the right engine mount strut bracket.
6. Connect the pulley to the generator.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
Upper Radiator Support
Engine Mount Strut Bracket Replacement - Upper Radiator Support
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the engine mount strut from the engine mount strut bracket at the upper radiator support.
2. Remove the engine mount strut bracket bolts from the upper radiator support.
3. Remove the engine mount strut bracket from the upper radiator support.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the engine mount strut bracket over the upper radiator support. Ensure that the engine mount strut bracket and the engine mount strut are
aligned to the proper holes of the upper radiator support.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the engine mount strut bracket bolts to the upper radiator support.
