Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window
Removal Procedure
1. Place the rear window in the full down position.
2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek) (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer (See: Door Window Sealing Strip/Rear
Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement) .
5. Remove the screw from the rear window channel.
6. Remove the channel from the rear door.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the channel to the rear door starting in the corner.
Work outward in both directions.
2. Firmly seat the channel to the rear door.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Install the screw to the rear window channel.
Tighten the screw to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
4. Inspect the rear door window for proper operation.
5. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer (See: Door Window Sealing Strip/Rear

6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

7. Install the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek) (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear
