Seat Cushion Frame Replacement - Front (Aztek)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
2. Remove the front seat adjuster. Refer to Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front) .
3. Remove the front seat back from the front seat. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Front  (See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Seat Back Replacement - Front) .

Important:  Remove the front seat cushion cover and the cushion as one piece.

4. Remove the front seat cushion cover from the front seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front (Aztek)  (See: Seat Cushion

5. Remove the front seat cushion from the front seat frame. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Aztek)  (See: Seat Cushion Replacement -

Front (Aztek))Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Rendezvous)  (See: Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Rendezvous)) .

6. Disconnect all required wiring harnesses from the front seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect all required wiring harnesses to the front seat cushion frame.
2. Install the front seat cushion to the front seat cushion frame. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Aztek)  (See: Seat Cushion Replacement

- Front (Aztek))Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Rendezvous)  (See: Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Rendezvous)) .

3. Install the front seat cushion cover to the front seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front (Aztek)  (See: Seat Cushion Cover

4. Install the front seat adjuster. Refer to Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front) .
5. Install the front seat back to the front seat. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Front  (See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Seat Back Replacement - Front) .

6. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
