Rendezvous FWD V6-3.4L VIN E (2005)
11. Remove the LH insulator panel.
12. Remove the CPA from the steering wheel module coil connector (1) located at the base of the steering column.
13. Disconnect the steering wheel module coil connector (1).
14. Remove the RH insulator panel.
15. Remove the CPA (2) from the instrument panel (I/P) module connector (1).
16. Disconnect the I/P module connector (1).
17. Remove the CPA from the right SIS and pretensioner harness connectors (4).
18. Disconnect the SIS and pretensioner wiring harness connectors (4).
19. Remove the CPA from the RF/driver side impact module connector (1) which is located under the passenger seat.
20. Disconnect the vehicle harness connector from the RF side impact module connector (1).
ENABLING PROCEDURE
1. Remove the key from the ignition.
2. When enabling the side impact module - RF proceed to step 13, if the entire SIR system needs to be enable then go to step 3.
3. Connect the CPA to the left SIS and pretensioner harness connectors (4), if equipped.
4. Install the CPA (2) to the SIS and pretensioner harness connectors (3).
