Automatic Level Control Sensor Link Ball Stud Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Important:
When removing the link, do NOT bend or break the sensor arm.
Remove the automatic level control sensor link from the lower control arm ball stud.
3. Remove the ball stud from the rear lower control arm.
Installation Procedure
1. Notice:
Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the ball stud to the rear lower control arm.
Tighten the height sensor ball stud to 4 Nm (35 inch lbs.).
2. Install the automatic level control sensor link to the lower control arm ball stud.
3. Lower the vehicle.
