Rendezvous FWD V6-3.5L VIN L (2006)
1. Install a NEW thermostat bypass pipe O-ring seal onto the bypass pipe.
2. Install the thermostat bypass pipe.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the thermostat bypass pipe bolts and nuts.
Tighten the bolts/nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
4. Install the thermostat bypass pipe hose to the intake manifold coolant pipe.
5. Position the thermostat bypass pipe hose clamp at the intake manifold coolant pipe.
6. Connect the heater outlet hose to the thermostat bypass pipe.
