Rendezvous FWD V6-3.5L VIN L (2006)
1. Tighten the bolts on the first pass in sequence to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).
2. Tighten the bolts (1, 2, 3, 4) on the second pass in sequence to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
3. Tighten the bolts (5, 6, 7, 8) on the final pass in sequence to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the thermostat.
8. Install the thermostat housing.
9. Install the thermostat housing bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
