Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps (1, 3) at the air cleaner and the throttle body.
2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube (1) from the outlet duct.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner and the throttle body.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the throttle body and air cleaner.
2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps (1, 3) at the air cleaner and the throttle body.
