DESCRIPTION:
The BCM provides voltage to the oil pressure circuit, and the oil pressure sensor provides the single path to ground. The BCM supplies and internally
monitors the voltage level of the circuit at pin 3D9. The sensor acts like a variable resistor, when the oil pressure is high, resistance is high, and the BCM
will detects high voltage. As the oil pressure decreases so will the voltage level sensed by the BCM at pin 3D9. The BCM will then calculate the oil
pressure by the amount of voltage present, and when the calculated oil pressure drops below 6.0 psi, and all other failure conditions have been met, the
