Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Rear Suspension
REAR HUB AND/OR BEARINGS
1.
Raise and support vehicle.
2.
Remove tire and wheel assembly.
3.
Remove brake caliper attaching bolts and position caliper aside. Do not suspend caliper by brake line.
4.
Remove rotor retainers, if equipped. Retainers may be discarded after removal.
5.
Remove rotor.
6.
Remove four hub mounting bolts, then the hub and bearing assembly.
7.
Reverse procedure to install, torquing to specifications.
