Remove two (2) secondary hood latch to hood inner panel attaching bolts, rotate latch to disengage from rod and remove latch (See Illustration
View A).

Install new secondary hood latch to rod, position to hood inner panel and install with two (2) attaching bolts. Torque to 10 N-m (89 lb.in.).
4.
Remove three (3) secondary latch guide attaching bolts and remove guide from upper radiator support (see View B).
NOTICE:
It is helpful to disconnect the wiring harness clip from the radiator support to improve access to the rear attaching bolts.
