While holding the clip with the notched end away from you, (See View A) insert the notched end into the lock module first (See View B). Then
insert the other end and rotate 90 degrees, making sure that the reinforced area of the clip faces downward (See View C).

NOTICE:
Failure to orientate the lock rod clip properly may cause the lock rods to operate improperly.

Check for proper operation of the lock rods and reinstall the water deflector and trim pad.
