Road Noise From Lower Rocker Area
XI. Road noise from lower rocker area.
Road noise from the lower rocker area may be reduced by removing the outer sill plate and covering the three, 3/4 inch holes with 3M silencer strips.
The rear door is similar but only has two holes to cover under the sill plate.
