THIS BULLETIN CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES SERVICE BULLETINS 91-6E-17 AND 92-6E-12.  ALL COPIES OF 91-6E-17 AND 92-6E-12
SHOULD BE DISCARDED. THIS BULLETIN ALSO CONTAINS A NEW PART NUMBER FOR A "FEDERAL" PROM.

CONCERN:

Some owners of 1991 Roadmasters may comment on low speed driveability concerns or engine detonation (spark knock).

CORRECTION:

Replace the ESC and PROM with the parts listed below:
