Timing Belt Front Cover Replace

Timing Belt Front Cover Attachment

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Alternator pivot bolts.
2. P/S belt (if equipped).
3. Upper timing cover bolts.
4. Canister purge hose.
5. Raise and support vehicle.
6. Right front wheel and splash shield.
7. Lower timing cover bolts.
8. Lower vehicle and remove timing cover.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Timing cover (loose), start upper bolts.
2. Canister purge hose.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Lower timing cover bolts.
5. Splash shield and right front wheel.
6. Lower vehicle and tighten upper cover bolts.
7. P/S belt (if equipped).
8. Alternator pivot bolts.
