General Motors Service Parts Operation (GMSPO), Part Number 14103983, left front brake hose assembly, may be misidentified. Steps were taken on
August 11, 1988, to correct this condition at GMSPO. Dealer orders for this part processed after August 11, 1988, will be filled with correctly identified
material. If a replacement is required for the campaign and the hose assembly on hand does not fit the hose bracket, Part Number 17985763, left front
brake hose assembly may be ordered until sufficient stock of P/N 14103983 is available.
GMSPO will advise dealers through a GMSPO bulletin concerning disposition of 14103983 stock on hand.
