Brake Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Master Cylinder Installation

Removing/Installing Master Cylinder Assembly

Install master cylinder with attaching nuts and torque to 27 Nm (20 lbs. ft.).

Install brake pipes and torque to 20 Nm (15 lbs. ft.).
Fluid Level Sensor Switch

Install electrical connector to fluid level sensor switch.

Fill master cylinder to proper level with clean brake fluid. Proper level is between min. and max. indicator levels in opening on top reservoir.

Recheck fluid level.
