New water pump and O-rings.
Water Pump And Cover

Gaskets:
-
Water pump cover to block.

Water pump body to water pump cover.

Timing chain housing to water pump body.

Exhaust manifold gasket and seal (exhaust manifold removal is required).

RTV sealant (for sealing water pump gasket). Do not apply RTV sealant to the O-rings.
NOTE: Use only non-volatile oxygen sensor safe RTV sealant. This should be clearly indicated on the package.

Engine Coolant.
NOTE: For optimum performance, use 50/50 mixture of high quality ethylene glycol coolant and water.

Chassis Grease GM P/N 1051344 or equivalent (lubricate splines of coolant pump drive).
