SERVICE PROCEDURE (Figures 1 and 2)
When servicing a 1989 or 1990 model year transaxle, use the proper year band apply pin selection chart and gage pin J 33382-10. Gage pin J 33382-10
has a hex head for easy identification.
IMPORTANT:
Do not use the new gage pin J 33382-10 for selecting the proper 1-2 band apply pin. Calibrations will be affected. Reference Figures 1 and 2 for proper
1-2 band apply pin gage.
