Skylark L4-138 2.3L SOHC VIN 3 MFI QUAD 4 (1992)
SERVICE PROCEDURE:
1.
Place steering wheel in full up tilt position.
2.
Remove three (3) hex screws from the LH side sound insulator panel and allow the rear edge of the panel to hang down. See Figure 1.
3.
Remove two (2) hex screws from the ALDL connector and allow the ALDL connector to hand down.
4.
Remove three (3) hex screws from the lower instrument panel trim cover. This panel is interior trim color. See Figure 2.
5.
Remove four (4) screws from the steering column lower cover (black plastic). The two (2) outer screws are hex screws. The two (2) inner screws
are torx screws.
6.
Remove the steering column lower cover.
7.
Adjust the park-lock cable using the following procedure:
