Remove door window regulator assembly (Figure 2).
7.
Remove production counterbalance spring using tool J 38864 (Figure 3).
8.
Install counterbalance spring P/N 20053546 using tool J 38864 or equivalent.
9.
Clean grease off regulator (lower sash cam and front window retainer), re-grease regulator with grease P/N 12345718 or equivalent.
10.
Install door window regulator assembly.
11.
Install window run channel.
12.
Install outside mirror and door trim panel.
