CONDITION:
Some owners of 1991 Skylarks may experience high effort when rolling the front windows up and down.
CAUSE:
Excess rubber on ends of window run channel.
CORRECTION:
1.
Remove door trim panel according to instructions in Section 10-6 in the 1991 Skylark Service Manual.
2.
Remove outside mirror.
3.
Remove window run channel.
