Troubleshooting Hints
PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. If Speedometer does not operate properly, refer to Vehicle Speed Sensor for diagnosis. See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control
Systems/Sensors and Switches - Computers and Control Systems/Vehicle Speed Sensor
2. Check ALARM Fuse by visual inspect.
3. Check Headlight Switch by operating Park Lights.
4. Check that Multi-function Alarm Module is seated properly.
5. If referenced from Antilock Brake System, Keyless Entry or Radio/Stereo, go to Chart #7. See: Diagnosis By Symptom Charts/Chart 7
