Begin the system diagnosis by reviewing the system Description and Operation. Reviewing the Description and Operation information will help you
determine the correct symptom diagnostic procedure to use when a malfunction exists. Reviewing the Description and Operation information will also
help you determine if the condition described by the customer is normal operation. Verify with the customer that they attempted programming with the
key in the ON position or with the vehicle running (Buick LaCrosse/Allure). Verify with the customer that they have attempted to program for rolling
code. Verify with the customer that they have referred to the owners data and have contacted the HomeLink toll free assistance line. Refer to Symptoms -
