9. Remove the rear quarter trim panel retainers usingJ 38778 .
10. Feed the seat belts through the openings in the trim panel.
11. Remove the rear quarter trim panel from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install rear quarter trim panel to vehicle.
2. Feed the seat belts through the openings in the trim panel.
3. Install the rear quarter trim retainers by aligning the retainer with the holes and then pushing the retainers to secure.
4. Install the upper cargo net retainers.
5. Install the liftgate sill plate. Refer toDoor Sill Plate Replacement - Liftgate (See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement) .
6. Install the seat belt anchor retaining bolts. Refer toSeat Belt Retractor Replacement - Rear (LWB w/RPO E59) Seat Belt Retractor Replacement -
Rear (SWB) in Seat Belts.
7. Install the rear accessory panel. Refer toAccessory Panel Replacement - Rear (See: Accessory Panel Replacement - Rear) .
