6. Remove the suction hose to A/C compressor nut (1).
7. Remove the suction hose (2) from the A/C compressor.
8. Remove and discard the sealing washer (3).
9. Cap or tape the suction port on the A/C compressor.

10. Remove the suction hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install a NEW sealing washer (3) onto the A/C compressor end of the suction hose. 
2. Remove the cap or tape from the suction port on the A/C compressor.
3. Install the suction hose (2) to the A/C compressor.
4. Install the suction hose to A/C compressor nut (1).

Tighten the nut to 16 N.m (12 lb.ft).
