5. Install a NEW sealing washer (2) to the A/C condenser side of the discharge hose. 
6. Remove the cap or tape from the discharge port on the A/C condenser.
7. Install the discharge hose to the A/C condenser.
8. Install the discharge hose to A/C condenser bolt.

The bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

9. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.

10. Leak test the fittings of the A/C components using the J 39400-A.
