Installation Procedure

1. Install the air compressor filter hose to the air compressor at 2 places.

Notice:  Install the air compressor to the air compressor bracket.

2. Tighten the bracket to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the air compressor bolts/screws.

Tighten the air compressor bolts/screws to 4 Nm (35 inch lbs.).

4. Install the air compressor shield.

Tighten the bolts to 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.).

5. Install the air compressor relay to the air compressor bracket.
6. Install the air compressor dryer. 

7. Install the air compressor bracket to the underbody rail and rotate the air compressor bracket 90 degrees in order to allow the air compressor to

hang from the air compressor bracket hook.

8. Connect the air compressor electrical connector.
9. Install the air line to the air dryer.

10. Install the air compressor bracket nuts.

Tighten the air compressor bracket nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

11. Install the air compressor bracket bolt.

Tighten the air compressor bracket bolt/screw to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

12. Install the air compressor filter (1) to the underbody rail.
13. Install the A/C hoses if previously removed.
