Lock assembly.

Cable from latch by cutting aluminum eye on latch.
4.
Latch from lock.
Replace/Connect
1.
New latch to lock.
2.
Lock assembly to car.
3.
Attach spring to eye on latch and loop in cable.
4.
Adjust cable to eliminate slack, putting minor tension on the spring.
5.
Adjust lock assembly as required. Parts are currently available from GMSPO.
