Remove the radio bezel (Refer to Figure 11):

Remove the Traction Control and Hazard switch covers.
^
Remove the switch screw covers and the trunk, fuel door and heated seat (if equipped) switches.
^
Remove the ashtray.
^
Remove the radio bezel (4 screws).
^
Remove the electrical connectors from the radio bezel.

Remove the radio and Electronic Climate Control (ECC) head (6 screws). DO NOT disconnect the radio and the ECC head electrical connectors.
28.
Disconnect the antenna cable (1) from the back of the radio. Refer to Figure 12.
29.
Cut the old antenna cable end from the existing wire harness.
