REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Compartment Replacement IP: Removal Procedure

1. Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. 
2. Open the Instrument Panel (I/P compartment box).
3. Remove the passenger-side I/P access panel
4. Remove the passenger-side air deflector.

5. Lower the module cover screws. Lift the lower module cover to access two top screws for I/P compartment.

6. Remove the four screws from the front I/P compartment.
