3.

Install the thermostat housing with the thermostat.

4.

Apply sealant, P/N 12346004 (in Canada, use P/N 10953480), to the thermostat housing bolt threads.

5.

Install the thermostat housing bolts.

Tighten

Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

6.

Install the new 0-rings on the coolant pipe.

7.

Lubricate the 0-rings with coolant.

8.

Install the coolant pipe into the thermostat housing (2).

9.

Install the coolant pipe bolt (1).

Tighten
