Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair
FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector (1).
3. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister.
IMPORTANT: There are alignment features on the canister, however, there are no locking tabs on the sensor/canister. The sensor is held into the
canister by the tight fit of the multi-lip seal.
