Backup Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Backup Lamp Switch Replacement 
Removal Procedure 

Notice:  When removing or installing the backup lamp switch, do not use an open end wrench. Use only a socket in order to avoid damage to the
switch assembly.

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting. Disconnect the backup lamp switch electrical connector (2) from the backup lamp switch

(1).

2. Remove the backup lamp switch assembly.

Installation Procedure

switch assembly.
